Our shipping methods vary depending on the delivery address/region—you can review your options at check-out. These options will typically include one or more of the following:
- EXPRESS shipping, which takes about 2-3 business days to arrive.
- PRIORITY shipping, which takes about 3-4 business days to arrive.
- STANDARD shipping, which takes about 4-5 business days to arrive.
- FREE shipping, which takes about 7 business days to arrive.
Please allow an additional 1 business day for order preparation and dispatch.

Regional Service Updates:
China, Mainland - Clearance procedures vary between Chinese gateways. Depending on the clearance method and value of your order, you may need to provide additional information, such as a copy of your ID and a consignee’s declaration letter.
Brazil - Orders shipped to Brazil require a tax ID number (CPF - Cadastro de Pessoa Física). In order to avoid delays, make sure you have this information available when DHL contacts you.
Italy - Orders shipped to Italy require a Taxpayer’s ID number. In order to avoid any possible delays, make sure you have this information available when DHL contacts you.
South Korea - All South Korean postcodes must now be 5 digits. To avoid delays, make sure your postcode is entered correctly when placing your order.
Taiwan - Given the Taiwan Customs announcement effective 16th April 2020, customers must register their local residence phone number and shipment details by completing Real Name Authentication for every shipment imported to Taiwan. Please complete Real Name Authentication here so that we can proceed with your order.
Portugal - Previously, the first four digits of your postcode were sufficient when entering your delivery address. We now need all seven digits in order to ensure you don’t experience delays. Please enter this correctly at checkout.
