USA DELIVERIES

There are two shipping methods for USA deliveries.

DHL Express (first return free)
  • 1-3 business days
  • Fully trackable with SMS updates
  • Duties & taxes payable upon checkout (no extra fees upon delivery)
  • Product value fully refundable once return is received (unused/unworn/unwashed)
  • Shipping fee of US$20.50 for one pair of shoes. For two or more pairs, the shipping fees will be calculated at checkout
Standard Postal (no returns)
  • 7-10 business days
  • Limited tracking with no SMS updates
  • Duties & taxes not included upon checkout (exempt for orders to the USA below USD$800)
  • Managed by DHL Postal, last mile by USPS
  • Shipping fee of US$9.85, applicable for orders of 1 pair only

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

With DHL Express extensive reach and Borderlinx tax and duties guaranteed calculation, we are offering a door-to-door, no hassle, premium delivery service.

  • Fully trackable with SMS updates
  • No processing or shipping fees on order return
  • Product value fully refundable once return is received (unused/unworn/unwashed)
  • All import tax & duties for your order will be included upon checkout, no extra fees will be incurred after/when you receive your order
  • Shipping fee of US$20.50 for one pair of shoes. For two or more pairs, the shipping fees will be calculated at checkout

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number to follow its progress online.

Our preferred shipping partner, DHL Express, also offers you the flexibility to make changes to your delivery options while your purchase is on its way to you. Enter your mobile number at checkout to receive an SMS notification after your order has been dispatched, or follow the link provided on the order confirmation email and choose from a range of options including:

  • Rescheduling your delivery for another day
  • Placing your shipment on hold if you are away from home
  • Arranging to collect your order from a DHL service point

Service update

Brazil
Purchases shipped to Brazil require a tax ID number (CPF - Cadastro de Pessoas Físicas). In order to avoid any possible delays, make sure you have this information available when DHL contacts you.

Please note, orders over 2999 USD require formal customs clearance. We recommend that you hire a broker to ensure you comply as your purchase could be confiscated if you fail to do this.

China
As clearance procedures vary between Chinese gateways, please contact your local DHL on the telephone numbers below to receive further information.

Call DHL from within China: 800 810 800 (from a landline) or 400 810 8000 (from a mobile).

From the rest of the world:

Depending on the clearance method and value of your order, you may need to provide DHL with further information, such as a copy of your ID and a consignee’s declaration letter.

South Korea
All South Korean postcodes must now be 5 digits.

To avoid any possible delays, make sure your postcode is entered correctly when placing your order.

Previously, the first four digits of your postcode were sufficient when entering your delivery address.

We now need all seven digits in order to ensure you don’t experience delays. Please enter this correctly at checkout.

SINGAPORE DELIVERIES

  • Tracking available
  • Product value fully refundable once return is received (unused/unworn/unwashed)
  • Fixed shipping fees of US$9.85 (1 pair of shoes) and US$12.65 (2 to 4 pairs of shoes)
