Born on the North Shore of Hawaii, just ashore of Pipeline, Jamie O'Brien grew up in the water, surfing his first contest at 6. Jamie’s no stranger to the Championship Tour or Pipeline Masters, but you’re probably more familiar with his free surfing missions (and the epic footage he brings back).
We headed to the North Shore to link with Cariuma athlete and Pipeline master Jamie O'Brien. Jamie showed us around his home break to talk about devotion, major wins (and wipeouts) at Pipeline, getting in touch with the land, and why great surfing is about "making it possible".
