Our environmental, interactive shopping experience invites the consumer to “think green,” or self-reflect on an individual’s impact on the ecosystem and what steps we can take to keep our carbon footprint smaller than it was the day before.
Restoring the Rainforest, One Pair at a Time
CARIUMA makes classic, comfortable footwear in a way that's better for people and the planet. And, for every pair sold, a pair of trees is planted in the Brazilian rainforest. Sadly, 20% of the forest floor is gone today. The trees we plant naturally protect 60% of Brazil’s endangered species of animals and plants, and remove CO2 from the air.
Reconnect with Nature
This pop up includes a looped, mesmerizing short film that instantly transports you to the depths of rainforest where you can take in the beauty of the flora and fauna. It’s intended to remind us that our connection to nature is infinite and accessible, if you unplug and take time to witness it.
Recycle & Upcycle
To mirror our brand’s core values, we ensure all of our pop-up displays are made with recycled and recyclable materials that we can reuse or upcycle afterward. This go-round, our shop was made from bamboo plywood, utilized recycled green acrylic shelving and a preserved moss table.
