THIS PROJECT IS A CONFLICT.
AN ESCAPE AND A CONNECTION.
A poetic reflection of Rio de Janeiro lifestyle - that of the Cariocas. Awaken your senses as you follow a new Brazilian sneaker brand in our first experiential pop-up shop.
The space is a tribute to Helio Oticia’s work, but instead of sand, you will walk through salt, redefining his “Tropical Playground” piece. The shape of the floor is influenced by Oscar Niemeyer, playing with perspective and creating different vantage points from different angles.
Minimalist displays enhance the quality of the products. Overgrown plants subtly direct your movement. You have now entered an intimate and warm environment, one that is so abundant in Brazil.
Salt under your feet, gentle wind in your hair, walking in between plants and trees - Our SALTY PROJECT at The Grove is a delicious encounter between nature and bohemia.
This is the first of many pop-up shop installations CARIUMA is bringing to the world. One at a time, we’ll be bringing our casual, yet refined sneakers from Rio to the World.
